THE NETHERLANDS: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
BELGIUM & GERMANY: 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS
EUROPE OTHER: 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS
OUTSIDE EUROPE: 5 - 12 BUSINESS DAYS
The postal service & our warehouse do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your parcel to arrive.

Returning within the Netherlands is free! You can drop your package at your local DHL Parcel Shop. See instruction on how to return below
In case you aren’t completely satisfied with the goods you ordered you are welcome to return them within 30 days. Please allow shipping days within your return days.
Attached to your order you can find a returnslip, and within the Netherlands a returnlabel for DHL. Please add this returnslip to your returnpackage.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you have received a faulty or damaged item.
Please note that items cannot be worn when returning and all items have to be returned with all of the tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. This off course doesn’t apply if there is a fault with your item(s).
You are responsible for returning any item(s), so keep your return ticket untill your return is processed. Returning outside of the Netherlands (or using another shipment company then DHL Service Point within the Netherlands) is for the senders costs. If you want to return multiple items of your order please return them in 1 package. Sending a second return shipment from an order that is received in 1 package returning costs are for the sender, also within the Netherlands.
